Security deposits are processed as an authorization only.
There is no charge to your credit card for the security deposit when your reservation is confirmed.

dirty dishes remain. We ask that all cookware, dishes and utensils be properly washed prior to your departure and that you don't have your children, including teens, wash dishes. Please be sure to use plenty of dish soap to compensate for the hard well water. You can leave clean dishes to drip dry and we will put them away for you;
there is abusive, negligent or roughhousing damage to the interior or exterior facilities, interior or exterior furnishings, or the land. We also reserve the right to bill your credit card an additional amount that equals the cost of any and all labor, materials, repairs and replacements necessitated by abusive, negligent or roughhousing damage. If such damage occurs, you will be denied future accommodations and legal action may be instituted against you;
your reservation is canceled 6 days or less from your scheduled arrival date and time;
you are a "no show" for your reservation; and/or
you are heard or found to be shooting prohibited types of fireworks.
