ArdPark's flood policy pertains only to the Courtois Cabana and our guests using or staying at that camgpround. There is no threat of flooding at our cabins, The Pines and the All American.

During times of heavy rain or snowfall any time of the year, flash flooding can occur quickly.

Evacuation may be necessary. Guests must use common sense to determine whether or not to vacate the property. ArdPark makes no representations and has no obligation to alert guests with an "official word" to evacuate.

Damage to vehicles and other personal property is possible. Guests agree to hold harmless ArdPark Cabins, LLC, its registered agents, members, directors, managers, heirs, successors and assigns from any liability whatsoever with regard to personal property damage or bodily injury, illness or loss of life resulting from flooding.

Refunds are not given due to flooding. We will issue a gift certificate to each guest whose confirmed reservation at the Courtois Cabana was cut short because of flooding. The gift certificate will be given in an amount equal to the cost of the number of nights lost due to necessary evacuation. No gift certificate will be issued to guests whose choice was to evacuate when the water did not reach flood stage.
