We ask you and yours to take good care of and respect all the land you encounter during
your stay at Ardpark; the national forest property, our land and others' private land. Private
woods and national forest are precious. Please be mindful that the national forest belongs
to everyone. We ask you to leave no trace, treadlightly, pack out what you pack in and
always place even the smallest piece of trash in a waste receptacle.
If you're unfamiliar with the nature of house trailers, please know they are flimsy, and ours are also very old. Most of the furniture, too, is vintage and difficult to replace. For these reasons, we ask you and yours to demonstrate reasonable care and respect inside our cabins. Flopping heavily on furniture, jumping on beds, pounding on the floor, falling against walls, roughousing, leaning back in chairs and the like, cause structural damage to the cabin and stress on its furnishings. Such behavior is strictly prohibited. The cost of labor, repairs and replacements resulting from abusive, negligent or roughhousing damage will be charged to your credit card without notice, your entire security deposit will be forfeited, and future service will be denied.

~The Place You'll Never Want to Leave~
Campfire pits are not waste receptacles for glass, aluminum cans and other non-burnables. If we are forced to
spend time picking out your non-burnable garbage from the fire pit, your security deposit will be forfeited.
Overstocked complementary items and supplies are provided for your convenience. We want to be able to continue providing as many amenities as possible. Please use what you need and leave the rest behind.
Any items removed from the All American cabin, The Pines cabin or the shed at the Courtois Cabana campground for outdoor use must be returned indoors prior to your departure. During your stay, please don't leave any items outside that could be damaged by rain or the morning dew. Tabletop stereos must always remain indoors.
When you can, please help to preserve valuable resources by conserving energy.
