Sitting near a breathtaking grove of mature pine trees is the cabin we call "The Pines." Here guests will enjoy extra seclusion and additional hunting opportunity on 16 private, wooded acres while relaxing in this spotless, freshly remodeled 1980 Clayton 14 x 60 house trailer cabin. Up to 8 guests will find themselves in splendid comfort at The Pines. This cabin features 2 private bedrooms, a large living room, full kitchen, full bath and a new screened porch. Both bedrooms are furnished with a full size bed and the master bedroom also includes a twin folding bed. The spacious living room provides additional sleeping accommodations with a queen and a twin sofa sleeper. Numerous amenities are included at The Pines, all listed below. Like the All American cabin, there are no neighboring campers, residences or businesses in sight at The Pines cabin. Not a soul will interrupt your good time here. You are free to do what you want, when you want, how you want. We must of course impose some policies but our restrictions are minimal. It gets even better! In addition to 16 private acres, guests can walk off of ArdPark property and seamlessly enter the world of the Mark Twain National Forest to the tune of 1,000 plus acres. Trails abound for hiking, mountain biking or horseback riding, the wildlife and wildflowers are abundant and there's a cave to hunt for too! This little known national forest land has a great deal to offer our guests and we hope you will explore and enjoy it. |

Although The Pines and the All American can't be seen from each other, there is a very short foot trail connecting them. These facilities provide a unique rental combination for large groups, small retreats or family reunions and, a multi- rental discount is offered. Cabin guests can compliment their stay with private river access and a 200 foot gravel bar by adding day passes for the Courtois Cabana campground to their reservation. First come, first served. Your pets are welcome at our cabins and campground and, there are no leash requirements for your dogs! We personally clean and maintain our properties, inside and out. Guests staying 14 or more consecutive days are offered one time complimentary maid service. Guests visiting 13 or less nights can arrange maid service, if desired, for an additional fee when making reservations. The Pines is open yearly from April 1 through November 30. |
