Indulge your hunting crave on our wooded 97 acre tract that is conveniently located across the road from the All American and The Pines cabins. This property has 2 small springs, a wet weather creek and established trails. It also joins miles of Mark Twain National Forest, which turns this 97 acres into several hundred.

This is a prime, private location for a boys' day out squirrel hunting, a small group turkey hunting or your weekend deer hunt. There is plenty of wildlife in the area and on the property, with the exception of rabbbits. We do have rabbits, but the coyotes seem to eat them up faster than they can reproduce.

Beginning mid-spring 2012, we have enlisted the services of the Missouri Conservation Department to assist with timber stand improvement and increased wildlife habitat. Very selective tree thinning, only in designated areas, will be done periodically. Maybe the resultant brush piles will bring more rabbits!

Additional plans for this property include repairing the gravel entry road, erecting a deer stand, establishing some primitive camping sites and digging a 3 to 5 acre spring-fed lake. Long term goals include building a hunting cabin for guest rental and hayrides for our cabin and campground guests.

Hunting lease of the 97 acres is exclusive. We will not rent this land to multiple parties at the same time.

Hunters must possess a valid hunting permit. If you are engaging in deer or turkey hunting, the required deer or turkey tag(s) is also necessary. ArdPark is situated in Crawford County. Permits and tags can be purchased from local stores or online directly from the Missouri Department of Conservation by clicking here.

Hunters are responsible for knowing and abiding by the current Missouri Hunting & Trapping Regulations and the Missouri Wildlife Code, with respect to the game they are hunting. The Regulations and the Wildlife Code are accessible by clicking the button links above.

First time guests wishing to lease this property are required to have hunter's insurance and provide solid evidence of same in advance. Hunter's insurance is relatively inexpensive and can be obtained from any of several websites such as, for example, privatehunting.com. ArdPark does not endorse any website or other entity that sells hunter's insurance, nor does it make any recommendations with regard thereto.

A $200 non-refundable deposit by MasterCard, Visa or Discover is required to confirm and hold your lease reservation. This amount will later be deducted from your total cost.

Date changes are not accepted for any reason. No exceptions. To the extent available, hunters can add extra days in succession with a current lease reservation.

Cancellation, for any reason, will incur a $250 cancellation fee. No exceptions.

All policies stated on this website apply, excepting our standard Security Deposit and Changes and Cancellations policies, which are superseded by the above.
