Only at ArdPark can you practice your target shooting skills! We couldn't find cabins anywhere in Missouri that offer this kind of fun! Guests staying at the All American cabin are welcome to bring their personal firearms for target practice at the small area designated for target shooting. We ask you to please read this page thoroughly. In the future, we plan to add a target shooting spot at our second cabin, The Pines. Additionally, there are some public shooting range venues nearby, which are detailed below. |
Shooting is allowed in the designated areas only. Firearm users must aim and shoot only at the targets set up for them. Persons not strictly adhering to this rule will forfeit their security deposit, be asked to leave the premises and be denied future service without exception! A mad old woman with a shotgun might come after you too... |
Guests discharging firearms at ArdPark do so at their own risk and expressly agree to hold harmless ArdPark Cabins, LLC of any liability whatsoever in connection with use of their personal firearms on the premises. Gun users must adhere to safe shooting practices and refrain from alcohol use while discharging firearms. An experienced firearms handler should always be present and hearing protection is strongly encouraged. |

You must let us know if you plan to bring firearms and use the target shooting area during your stay. Guests discharging firearms without advising us in advance risk being asked to vacate the property without a refund and future accommodations may be denied. |
Paper targets will be set up for you and additional targets are available. We suggest bringing a roll of electrical or duct tape to cover bullet holes so that your targets can be re-used. Guests are asked to pick up shot gun shells and place them in the container that is provided. Brass casings can be left on the ground or picked up and placed in the container. |
