We must of course impose some policies but our restrictions are few.

The All American and The Pines are our beautiful house trailer cabins. Both are fully furnished with everything you will need to make your trip preparation simple and your vacation more than pleasurable. You can hit the road to ArdPark after packing little more than your clothing and food. Treat yourself to these spotless, comfortable accommodations that are just a 5 minute drive from the Huzzah and Courtois Creeks.

If you are a camper, our Courtois Cabana campground offers the finest riverfront camping in Steelville. If you dream of a spot away from the crowded campground scene, you will be thrilled with this land. The Cabana is our private acre on the crystal clear Courtois Creek with a 200 foot gravel bar, plenty of shade, electric, an immaculate portable toilet and convenient on site amenities.

We also offer 97 acres for hunting lease. This parcel boasts a small creek, 2 small springs, established trails, adjoining Mark Twain National Forest and good game populations. All of that, coupled with your hunting skills and love of the sport, make your chances pretty darn good for tagging your deer or turkey this year. This property is also excellent for squirrel hunting.
